		<description>Yeah, Iyer was 2004 - also a good one. They&#039;re all good, really! But I didn&#039;t figure it would be a very interesting list if 9 of the 10 were Best Americans... :) The only one that I didn&#039;t burn through was 2005, but on the other hand it had one of my absolute favourite stories in it, War Wounds by Tom Bissell. I think it&#039;s an excerpt from his book about returning to Vietnam with his dad, to the exact site where he took 200 pieces of shrapnel in the back. Intense.</description>
