About the Author

David Holcroft

David Holcroft suffers from this infernal travel bug, the one that makes your feet itch and your head pop if you can't go and see cool places and meet 'the people'. He comes from Liverpool, where it's usually wet. He reckons the most important item in a rucksack has to be toothpaste. Fresh anywhere.

I LOVE this drawing. It reminds me of an Italian artist whose name escapes me. I bet this person sends the best postcards ever.

I know just what you’re talking about Tom, but can’t come up with the name either. There was an outdoor exhibit of fat black statues when I was in Florence in ‘99.
