It has its challenges (mostly stemming from my company&#039;s culture being very in-office oriented and a little behind the times technologically), but the flexibility has been really rewarding. Check out this great site from the creators of ROWE -- Results Only Work Environment: http://www.culturerx.com/ They advocate for workplaces that focus on results, not where you work from or how long you work. Dreaming of the day when ROWE is the norm rather than the exception!
