That "hike" up Eagles Nest had my legs in traction for a week, but it was beautiful. Neuschwanstein and Salzburg still hold my heart as the most beautiful places in Germany. I would love to go back there and where I grew up in Hanau. This brings back soooo many wonderful memories, and some not so wonderful.
